The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of retail assets
• Be empowered to take ownership of landlord and tenant relationships
• Overseeing day-to-day property management functions
• Building strong, service-focused relationships with tenants and landlords
• Managing budgets, outgoings, arrears, lease administration, and maintenance
• Coordinating contractors and capital works, with a focus on asset value and presentation

The Criteria:

• Previous commercial or retail property management experience
• A valid WA Driver's License and car
