Overview

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing international mining services business based in Perth's southern suburbs As the ContractProcurement Manager, you'll take ownership of strategic sourcing, execute the Groups sourcing roadmap, build and manage supplier relationships, and commercial delivery across a diverse and high-value portfolio. Working closely with leadership team, you'll lead procurement transformation and build capability across the group, while ensuring all compliance frameworks are met to procurement standards.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across multiple business units
• Develop and embed a robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver commercial value, mitigate risk, and drive supplier innovation
• Support ERP workflow
• Build & Manage Planning models for sales forecasting.
• Uplift procurement capability, systems, and team performance and deliver commercial value.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in senior procurement leadership and managing teams (this role has 7 direct reports)
• Proven background managing complex, high-value supplier portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Inventory & Planning, Supplier Strategy, and Cost & Pricing.
• Mining / Construction / Mining Services experience highly desired.
• Demonstrated success in embedding SRM frameworks and improving supplier performance
• Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning procurement with organisational strategy.
• Experience leading and driving change.
• Happy to commit to a contract
