About the position

Currently an opportunity exists for a passionate Building Supervisor to join the team in the West Brisbane area. Working on quality new home builds responsibilities will include:

Oversee day-to-day operations of new home builds

Scheduling and coordinating trades, materials and suppliers

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Maintain communication with clients and update on build progress

Ensure OHS and quality standards are being met

The successful candidate

We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor looking to join a company that values their people and their clients. Our client is structured, professional and finally secure! Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

QLD Builders or Supervisors licence

Minimum 2 years residential new home supervising experience

Highly professional with great interpersonal skills

A desire to deliver excellent service and quality
