About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ladies and Men's Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at Cutting Crew' in Altona Meadows, VIC. With fulltime, part time and casual available, you will be responsible for providing professional hair styling services and advice to our diverse clientele and contributing to the growth and success of our well-established salon.

What you'll be doing

Delivering a range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to meet the individual needs of each client

Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all customers

Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards, as well as salon policies and procedures

Actively contributing to the overall success of the salon through excellent customer service and teamwork

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide customers with the best possible experience

Assisting with salon operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organised work area

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial salon (not including mobile or home-based work)

Strong technical skills in a range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

Including experience with highlights, balayage, and colour correction techniques

Must hold Cert III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification

A customer-centric approach and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

A positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team

Must have the right to work in Australia
