The award-winning seaside Largs Pier Hotel is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the Casual position of Front Desk & Accommodation Attendant.
Having a passion customer service, you will assist the accommodation manager to help drive revenue, whilst maintaining standards of exceptional service and hospitality.
Responsibilities Include:
Attending day-to-day guest issues
Daily reconciliations
Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times, including maintaining high standards of brand and room presentation
Working as an active member on the front desk systems including roommaster Booking System and the ResDiary booking system for dining patrons
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a front desk/accommodation position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable presentation
3+ shifts a week available per week over a rotating roster with weekday/weekend work required.
Approximately 20-30 hours per week available, with the possibility of extra shifts over the Christmas & New Year period
