We're looking for a Senior who has had their grounding in Australian Tax (7+ years) who is ready to step up from being a technician, to a trusted strategic advisor and leader. What's In It For You?

💰 Attractive Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (based on experience & performance).

🎁 Sign-On Bonus: $7,000 (payable to you after successfully completing probation period)

📈 Bonus Opportunities: Participate in a percentage-based bonus system for each new client you introduce.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing expert tax and business advisory services, including structuring, tax minimisation, compliance, and growth strategies.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reviewing complex jobs and supporting/mentoring when needed.

Driving efficiency and profitability through smart workflows and leveraging technology.

Identifying opportunities across our other services: financial planning, mortgage broking, business advisory.

Who We're Looking For

A qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 7+ years in public practice.

Strong technical expertise in tax, compliance, structuring, and advisory.

Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.

Commercially minded, with a knack for spotting and following through on opportunities.

A natural leader who enjoys coaching their clients and team to build trust and loyalty.
