About the Opportunity

As a Senior Submissions Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of how this respected civil contractor secures major infrastructure projects across Queensland. From regional transport corridors and flood recovery works to large-scale mining and resource infrastructure, your words, coordination, and influence will help turn complex engineering solutions into compelling, client-ready submissions.

This is a role where creative clarity meets commercial precision. You’ll plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality EOIs, tenders, and proposals that don’t just tick boxes — they stand out for their strategy, structure, and storytelling. You’ll work alongside bid managers, engineers, estimators, and project leaders who care deeply about quality and teamwork — people who value accuracy, integrity, and the drive to win.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and manage end-to-end submission processes for EOIs, tenders, and capability documents across transport, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors.

Analyse client requirements, extract key win themes, and ensure submissions are sharp, compliant, and tailored.

Write, edit, and polish persuasive technical content — methodologies, project case studies, team CVs, and executive summaries.

Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical details into engaging, outcome-driven narratives.

Manage multiple deadlines, facilitate workshops, and maintain content libraries and templates that make future bids even stronger.

Support preparation of presentations and materials for client interviews and tender workshops.

Work with the executive team, business leaders and support staff to craft compelling storytelling.

Projects range in size from $40m to $300m.

You’ll be the calm in the chaos — the one who brings direction, coordination, and a touch of creativity to high-stakes deliverables.

About You

You’ve got that rare blend of structure and story — part project coordinator, part writer, part strategist. You’re confident working with engineers and leaders, managing tight timeframes, and finding the right words to make complex ideas clear.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in a submission, proposals, or bid coordination role — ideally within civil construction, engineering, or infrastructure.

The ability to write and edit with precision, clarity, and purpose.

Strong organisational skills and the confidence to coordinate multiple moving parts.

A proactive mindset and the professionalism to engage at all levels.

A genuine sense of pride in the work you produce and its impact on winning real projects.

Experience with Canva / Hubspot
