🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Measuring, cutting, fitting and installing all things glass – windows, doors, shower screens, you name it.

Reglazing, seal failures, window repairs.

Chatting with customers, figuring out what they need, and delivering solutions that make them go "wow."

Looking after your tools and gear so the job gets done right (and safely).

Keeping up with safety regs and best practices (because nobody wants dodgy work).

Bringing fresh ideas to improve the way we do things – we're always up for better ways to get it done.

🙌 Who We're Looking For

You've got formal glazing qualifications or solid trade experience.

You hold a Certificate III in Glazing or equivalent qualification.

You're a pro at the craft – commercial or residential, you can handle it.

You have a minimum of 5-7 years of glazing experience in commercial or residential settings.

You care about the details and take pride in high-quality workmanship.

You're a problem-solver who thinks on your feet.

You're good with people (customers and teammates alike).

You've got a licence and reliable wheels to get you to our factory (work vehicle can be negotiated)

You must be an Australian permanent resident to be eligible for this position.
