Our client a National warehousing leader requires a DC trainer. Working Monday to Thursday 4.30am start. You will learn the pick process and flow and then train new pickers. You will also have the tools to ensure pick rates are met and that every opportunity is given for pickers to succeed. You will work closely with our onsite consultant to identify and reward good performance. This role is ideally suited to supervisor that wants to spend more time on the floor and less in the office. Voice picking and some rf is used on site.
