Sales Representative - Construction/Mining Machinery & Equipment
Office Location: Greenacre NSW
Territory: Western Sydney, Hawkesbury region, and South Coast.
Salary: $90K + Super + Uncapped Commissions + Company Car (OTE: $200k ++)

WOW Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in heavy machinery and construction solutions, to find a Sales Representative who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, hit the road, and build lasting relationships across Western Sydney and beyond.
About the Company
Our client is the world’s third largest construction machinery manufacturer — a powerhouse brand known for innovation, quality, and reliability. With their NSW hub based in Greenacre and backed by a global network, they delivers heavy machinery built to perform in Australian conditions.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, down-to-earth team where your drive and energy will stand out. Two senior sales reps currently lead the charge on major accounts — now, they’re looking for a motivated self-starter to grow new business and drive machinery sales across the region.
The Opportunity
As the Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of your territory — Western Sydney, the Hawkesbury, and the South Coast — driving machinery sales and building genuine relationships with site-based clients. You’ll have the freedom to manage your patch your way, backed by a trusted global brand, a supportive team, and uncapped commissions that reward your results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain relationships with tradies, builders, and contractors across your territory
- Generate new business opportunities while nurturing repeat customers
- Promote product range of machinery and equipment across territory
- Represent the brand confidently at trade sites, events, and client meetings
- Use social media and digital channels to boost your presence and connect with the market
What We’re Looking For
- 2 + years of sales experience, ideally in machinery, construction, or equipment hire
- Confident, proactive communicator who enjoys getting out on the road and meeting clients
- Energetic and ambitious — someone ready to grow their career with a global brand
- Tech-savvy and social media aware — knows how to market themselves and their products on Linkedin
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, field-based role
