About the role

Barrenjoey Locksmiths and Alarms is seeking a driven and talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Brookvale, NSW. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base within the local area.

What you'll be doing

identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the local market

Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to win new accounts

Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets

Providing regular reports on business development activities and performance

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales, ideally within the security, locksmith or alarm industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential clients

Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
