We’re looking for a confident and technically minded Pre-Sales Engineer to join a growing solutions team supporting engineering, design, and manufacturing clients. You’ll collaborate with product specialists and customers to uncover data and process challenges, define tailored solutions, and help deliver transformative outcomes.

This is a hands-on role combining discovery, solution design and project leadership. You’ll take ownership from pre-sales scoping through to delivery handover — designing data management, PLM, PDM, and ERP integration solutions that streamline how clients manage and use their data.

What You’ll Do

Partner with sales specialists in the field to analyse client requirements and design smart data solutions.

Lead discovery sessions, workshops and demonstrations that showcase system capability and business value.

Translate complex technical requirements into clear solution architectures and proposals.

Configure and deploy proof-of-concept environments that demonstrate ROI and technical fit.

Manage project transition from proposal to delivery, ensuring scope, milestones and quality standards are met.

Train and support user's post-implementation to maximise system adoption and success.

What You Bring

5+ years’ experience in a pre-sales, solutions or implementation engineering role.

Expertise with platforms such as SOLIDWORKS PDM, Autodesk Vault, SAP, NetSuite or similar.

Strong understanding of PLM/PDM/ERP systems, data integration and process automation.

Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple client projects with clear scope and commercial focus.

Qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science or IT (Prince2 or equivalent advantageous).

$110K - $120K + Super for a remuneration package on offer.
