Health at Work, Australia's trusted corporate wellbeing partner since 1999, is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Content & Communications Lead to drive engagement across our Healthy Body & Mind HUB and online programs.

The Role

You'll be at the heart of our digital innovation, leveraging AI tools to create compelling, evidence-based content that resonates with employees across Australia. This isn't just about writing—it's about strategic communication that drives engagement, transforms data into action, and helps people make meaningful wellbeing choices.

What You'll Do:

Leverage AI to efficiently create engaging, research-backed content for webinars, challenges, and resources

Craft strategic communications that drive HUB traffic and user engagement

Analyse engagement data to optimise content and communication strategies

Build partnerships with wellbeing brands and expert speakers

Lead monthly communications to clients and employees across multiple organisations

You'll Thrive If You:

Have experience in digital platforms, content creation, or marketing

Are passionate about health and wellbeing with strong health literacy

Love turning data insights into actionable content improvements

Are excited about using AI tools creatively and strategically

Excel at copywriting and tailoring messages for different audiences

Have meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality

What We Offer:

$85,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience)

Hybrid working model—primarily remote with flexibility for those outside Melbourne

Flexible hours: 32-38 hours per week with flexible days and times
