Embracia Childcare and Kindergarten is seeking an EXPERIENCED Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team of Kinder teachers, on a full time in delivering high-quality education in our government-funded 3 and 4-year-old kinder rooms. Our family-owned service, opened in August 2023, is a purpose-built, 120-place childcare center located in the scenic town of Kyneton.

With a strong focus on nature and play-based learning, our thriving kinder rooms provide the perfect environment to foster creativity and curiosity. The most exciting part of this role is that this year, we will be introducing an intergenerational kindergarten. We are partnering with a local aged care home to create our intergenerational learning which we believe will offer a truly unique learning experience.

Embracia Childcare and Kindergarten is part of Embracia Victoria, a second-generation family business. Alongside our childcare center, we own and operate two aged care homes, with a third under construction in Kyneton. Embracia is also a Registered Training Organisation (Embracia Education), offering courses in both Child Care and Aged Care. We are a growing company with exciting future prospects.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (must meet ACECQA requirements)

VIT registration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

In-depth understanding of child development

Knowledge and experience in implementing Health and Safety principles

Current Anaphylaxis Training, Emergency Asthma Management, First Aid, and CPR

Current Working with Children Check
