About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

Provide genuine, caring service — greeting every customer and making their experience memorable.

Help customers find the right products and understand our pharmacy’s services.

Support both dispensary and retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and in-store promotions.

Work collaboratively with your team to uphold our high standards of professionalism and care.

Represent our pharmacy’s values through your actions and attitude every day.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of community pharmacy experience — this is essential.

A people-focused personality who enjoys helping others.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

A team player with a “can-do” mindset and willingness to go above and beyond.

Someone who embraces learning, adapts easily, and takes initiative to improve.
