The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll own the end-to-end finance function.

This hands-on role covers everything from the day-to-day (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations) through to management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow control. You’ll also be the CFO’s right hand on contract reviews, compliance, and commercial analysis helping drive smarter decisions across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the finance operations - AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations
• Deliver monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance across BAS, payroll tax, and statutory obligations
• Review project contracts, variations, and claims
• Provide financial insights and modelling to guide strategic growth

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Company Accountant or Finance Manager
• Background in construction, property development, or project-based industries
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent forecasting and cash flow management
• Detail-driven, proactive, and confident partnering with leadership
