Forklift Counterbalance Operators Wanted! – Grab/Clamp Experience NECESSARY!

Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Counterbalance Operators with Grab/Clamp forklift experience to join multiple high-performing warehouse teams in Altona. These ongoing casual roles offer excellent long-term potential for reliable and motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Candidates with Crown Joystick High Reach forklift and clamp attachment experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

Full availability Monday to Friday

AM: 6:00AM - 2:00PM

About the Role:

• Operate Crown forklifts (Crown joystick control)
• Use clamp attachments to safely handle various stock
• Comfortable with general warehouse duties such as pick packing, manual
  handling, and stock replenishment
• Move, put away, pick, and manage stock as required
• Maintain accuracy and safety in a high-volume warehouse
• Ongoing Monday to Friday work, with optional weekend shifts

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• A valid LF Forklift Licence
• Clamp experience is ESSTENTIAL!
• High reach experience is ESSTENTIAL!
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties including pick packing
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to provide 100 points of ID for onboarding
