High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers – Truganina & Surrounds

$35+ per hour | Ongoing Work | Day & Afternoon Shifts

Tusk Group is currently seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team, working across multiple client sites in Truganina, Derrimut, and surrounding western suburbs.

These roles offer steady, ongoing shifts, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for long-term or temp-to-perm placements with leading logistics clients.

About the Role

You’ll be an integral part of warehouse operations, responsible for:

Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

Picking and moving stock within racking systems

Loading and unloading trucks and containers

Working with RF scanners for accurate stock management

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

What You’ll Need

Current LF forklift licence (LO licence desirable)

Proven experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Reliable transport and full working rights in Australia

Safety-first attitude, strong communication, and reliability

What’s on Offer
