Skills & Requirements

Essential:

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Full Australian working rights

Strong clinical reasoning and client-centred approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Effective time management and organisation

Genuine passion for improving clients’ independence and quality of life

Highly Valued:

Experience in NDIS, rehabilitation, or functional assessment settings

Familiarity with digital note systems

Interest in mentoring, service development, or clinical leadership
