About the role

Join Shanon Group as an HC Driver and play a vital role in our growth and success. As an HC Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods across Victoria. This is a full-time position based in Knoxfield, Victoria, with opportunities for career development within our dynamic and expanding organization.

What you'll be doing

Operate heavy combination vehicles safely and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Undertake deliveries and collections across metropolitan and regional areas

Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working order

Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including record-keeping requirements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations

What we're looking for

Current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's license

Minimum 2 years' experience driving HC vehicles in a commercial setting

Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Demonstrated commitment to safety and attention to detail
