About the role

High End Metal Roofing is seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Roofer to join our team in Canberra, ACT. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to take on an apprenticeship. As a Metal Roofer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of high-quality metal roofing systems for residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

Measuring, cutting, and installing metal roofing materials such as tiles, sheets, and flashings

Performing roof maintenance and repairs, including patching, sealing, and replacing damaged components

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Collaborating with the team to plan and coordinate roofing projects

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Experience in metal roofing installation, preferably in a commercial or residential setting

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Willingness to undertake an apprenticeship program (if applicable)

A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) is required
