About the Role
The Nursing Partners Recruitment, a specialist nursing recruitment agency based in Canberra, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join a reputable aged care facility in Canberra. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a nurse passionate about providing high-quality care to the elderly.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-standard clinical care to residents in line with individual care plans

Administer medications and monitor resident health and wellbeing

Liaise with families, allied health professionals, and other team members

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Aged Care Quality Standards

Support and mentor care staff to ensure a positive and safe environment

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in residential aged care (highly regarded)

Strong clinical and communication skills

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centered care

Must have current police check and up-to-date COVID-19 & flu vaccinations
