All-Star Kids is looking for a passionate, organised and community-focused Centre Manager to lead our Lethbridge OSHC service.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves working with children, building relationships with families, and mentoring a small, supportive team.

The Role

As Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of our Before and After School Care program. You’ll work closely with our Program Manager and Director to create a fun, engaging and safe environment where children can learn, play and connect.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and inspiring your OSHC team with positivity and professionalism

Building strong partnerships with families, school staff and the wider community

Overseeing planning, programming and compliance (NQF, MTOP, CCS)

Managing daily operations including rosters, enrolments and communication

Supporting children’s wellbeing and inclusion through responsive practice

About You

You’re an enthusiastic educator and natural leader who’s passionate about creating a place children can’t wait to attend. You value teamwork, reflection, and bringing creativity to your program every day.

You’ll ideally have:

A Diploma or higher in Children’s Services, OSHC, or equivalent

Experience leading or coordinating an OSHC or early years service

Current WWCC (Employee), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training

Strong understanding of NQF, MTOP and compliance frameworks

Excellent communication and organisational skills
