The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to help grow our client base and nurture existing business relationships. This role will suit someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships with local businesses, and is excited by the potential to take real ownership of their results — and potentially the business itself if successful since the owner will soon be retiring.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and connect with new business clients needing printed or embroidered uniforms and workwear

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts

- Develop creative sales strategies and follow through on leads

- Work flexibly – from home, on the road, or from our Central Coast location

- Over time, help shape the future of the business and its growth direction

About You

- You have a background in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with experience in apparel, printing, uniforms, or promotional products (but not essential)

- You’re self-driven, professional, and personable — someone who enjoys talking to business owners and building trust

- You have excellent communication skills and a knack for closing deals

- You’re looking for an opportunity to grow beyond just a job

What’s on Offer

- $30 per hour, approximately 6 hours per day, 2 days per week (with flexibility)

- Profit sharing / commission on all new sales generated - rate to be negotiated
