The Role:

• Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners
• Conducting repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Leasing & Inspections

The Candidate:

• 12 months plus experience managing own portfolio
• Must have current Property Management License
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Current driver's license
