About the role

Crew Products, a leading manufacturer of Shade Sail Structures & Flagpoles, is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-time (30 hours / week) Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in Melbourne - Bayside. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our diverse range of products and services.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing targeted sales campaigns to reach new and existing customers

Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities in the market

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business

Participating in the development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives

Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials

Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience

Analysing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry

Minimum 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience required

Excellent spoken and written level of English.

High standard of computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficient in using sales and marketing tools and technologies

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work part-time hours as required

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
