Our client is a leading real estate firm specialising in high-quality residential and commercial projects with a $900M+ portfolio. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Agent to join the team and contribute to the success of our upcoming projects.

The Project Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the sales process for real estate development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial project properties.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and trends.
- Organize and participate in sales presentations, open houses, and property tours.

Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptionalcustomer service.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any changes.

Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales agreements to achieve the best possible terms for the company and the client.
- Ensure all sales contracts and agreements are completed accurately and in atimely manner.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transaction closures.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and other departments to achieve project goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and project development.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in project sales.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Drivers License
- Valid real estate license

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Real Estate license or COR
