AIM Group is a new & upcoming marketing company that has a great deal of experience in the Sales industry. We specialise in face to face sales and marketing via residential & business to business strategies in order to generate long term customers for our valued not-for-profit clients.

The position requires you to be the face of the clients, in making face to face acquisitions a more personable experience. If you already have experience in working face to face with clientele such as retail, hospitality or other customer service work, then this the perfect rolefor you to make a seamless transition & kickstart a new career in sales.

Whilst having previous experience in face to face customer service is beneficial, it is not a necessity for this role as we provide full in house training for all levels of experience. We are looking for people who are driven, and looking to progress & develop a career in Sales at their own pace, not having to wait or compete for the next promotion chance.

Requirements for the role:

• Confident, outspoken and driven personality traits
• Has an availability of working up to 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday
• Fast learners who thrive in team environments
• Anyone ready to earn based on performance output on top of hours worked
• No experience, no worries! We will provide all of the in house training with everything you need to know
