HR Driver – Two Rocks

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Drivers to join our team – based in Two Rocks. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that involves a variety of tasks beyond driving. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving trucks to depots for deliveries and pickups
• Loading and unloading from trucks and boats
• Supplying bait to fishermen and returning baskets to the factory
• Grading lobsters and placing them in tanks
• Occasional driving to Perth as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload freight manually
• Complete deliveries within strict time frames
• Liaise daily with the depot and Production Manager
• Follow all fatigue management and safety procedures
• Maintain company vehicles with care and pride

What We’re Looking For:

• Current HR Licence (Essential) Manual with a clean driving record
• Forklift licence (Desirable)
• Physically fit – the role includes repetitive manual handling tasks
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Previous experience in an FMCG or seafood environment will be highly regarded

Work Conditions:

• On-call basis with at least one day's notice
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required
