About The Job

SG Enviro is seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee HR Truck Driver / Yard Hand to join our team. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and work in a supportive environment that values work/life balance.This is a hands-on role that often requires early morning starts (4:00am) but offers the benefit of early finishes and being home every night.

We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

About the Role:

Assist with truck driving duties (training and support provided towards HR licence).

General yard duties including labouring, equipment handling and day-to-day support.

Work closely with a team while also being able to work independently.

Monday to Friday role – no weekend work, giving you time to enjoy life outside of work.

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to learn and develop a career in transport and yard operations.

Enthusiastic, reliable and proactive with a positive attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.

Enjoys teamwork but also capable of working autonomously.

Current driver’s licence (car) – LR - HR licence an advantage but not essential.
