About Us

At Reflections Holiday Parks, our purpose is to share nature’s playground with our guests in a way that gives back to our communities and nurtures the environment.

We proudly care for 40 unique destinations, all located on iconic NSW Crown Land. Our focus is on creating memorable experiences, not just for our guests, but also our team. As NSW largest holiday park operator, our unique, nature-inspired offerings really set us apart from the rest.

We are proud to be the first holiday park group to be certified as a social enterprise, so you can be assured that we do business for good. Our profits are aligned to our purpose in four key ways – Social, Culture, Environment, and Economic.

About the Locations

Set on stunning Wiradjuri Country, Reflections Lake Burrendong and nearby Mookerawa Waters showcase the best of the Central West’s natural beauty, with wide open waters, rolling hills, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure.

Just an hour drive from Dubbo, Reflections Lake Burrendong is a nature lover’s haven, offering everything from self-contained cabins to spacious lakeside campsites. With playgrounds, BBQ/Picnic areas, swimming spots, and year-round dog-friendly zones, it’s the perfect destination for both adventure and relaxation.

Only 30 minutes down the road, right by the Macquarie River, you’ll find Reflections Mookerawa Waters – where you’ll catch the most jaw-dropping sunsets. This park offers cabins and a variety of campsites, excellent fishing and boating access, and communal amenities for guests to enjoy. Surrounded by peaceful bushland and also welcoming of dogs year-round, it provides a tranquil escape for those looking to slow down, recharge, and connect with the outdoors.

The Role

This leadership role is your chance to guide this iconic destination through a time of growth and transformation. As Park Manager, you’ll lead an established team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, while embedding “The Reflections Way” to drive collaboration, efficiency, and pride across both sites.

You’ll be a visible leader in the community, strengthening partnerships with local groups, businesses, and event organisers, ensuring the park and reserve continue to be welcoming, sustainable, and connected to the region. With innovation and improvement at the forefront, you’ll shape how these destinations adapt to change and position them for long-term success.

This is more than park management, it is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on your team, our guests, and the community.

About You

You are a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression. You combine strong business acumen with a genuine passion for people, nature, and community, inspiring your team to deliver excellence every day.

You are confident leading through change, guiding an established team to embrace new ways of working while fostering a culture of pride, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Safety, operational excellence, and guest engagement are second nature to you, and you take pride in building relationships that create memorable experiences for every visitor.

You understand the importance of community and partnerships, and enjoy working with local businesses, sporting groups, and event organisers to strengthen connections and support shared goals. Innovative, solutions-focused, and forward-thinking, you are ready to make a lasting impact on the parks, your team, and the community.

Essential requirements of this role:

  • First aid certificate
  • Current AUS Drivers Licence
  • Experience in facility management and people management
  • Experience in tourism or hospitality is desirable, but not essential.
