Join Amity Support Services, a rapidly growing NDIS provider dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals, build independence, and connect with their communities. We’re expanding our Support Coordination team and looking for a dedicated professional who wants to make a real difference while growing their career with a supportive, values-driven organisation.
About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants to help them understand and implement their plans. You’ll connect participants with quality service providers, strengthen their ability to manage their supports, and advocate for the best possible outcomes.
This role also includes opportunities to contribute to engagement and networking activities — such as attending expos, hosting community events, and connecting with local organisations — to help grow Amity’s presence and build positive partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities

Build participants’ capacity to exercise choice and control in managing their NDIS supports.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, service providers, and key stakeholders.
Manage documentation and reporting requirements in line with NDIS and Amity standards.
Identify risks and barriers and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
Actively participate in community engagement, networking, and business development activities to increase awareness of Amity’s services.
Promote Amity Support Services at local events, networking groups, and through professional relationships.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Genuine empathy and passion for supporting people with disabilities.
Strong understanding of the NDIS and participant pathways.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain clear professional boundaries.
Confidence in developing networks, engaging new participants, and maintaining positive working relationships.
Motivation to contribute to Amity’s ongoing growth and community presence.
Requirements
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Minimum 6–12 months experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (preferred).
Relevant qualification in Allied Health, Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, or related field.
Experience supporting participants with complex needs will be highly regarded.
