Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast
Remuneration: Up to $54.62 per hour + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
About the Role
The Registered Nurse delivers safe, holistic care across all ages and cultures, practicing with accountability while leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and health care students to ensure outstanding outcomes. (ANMC National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse). In addition to this you will:
Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills
Apply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health
Effectively exchange information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care
Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management
Achieve optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care

About You
Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience in Anesthetics
Experience within Catheter Vascular Theatres desirable
Full Australian Working Rights (please note, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time)
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements
