• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Diploma
• Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards

• Off the floor role strong support staff in place with dedicated Educational Leader, & also a 2IC
• Open to January 2026 start for right candidate

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Children's Services or Diploma qualification
• Working with children card
• Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
• Previous experience in a leadership position (minimum of 2 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork and passion

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;

• Diploma or Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Working with children clearance
• current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
