Qnary is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Qnary is an award-winning reputation management and executive thought leadership social media company. We have teams of Customer Success Managers, writers and editorial professionals working closely together to deliver exceptional social media thought leadership content for our senior executive clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Qnary and driving business growth, helping us access new markets, manage our short and long-term marketing strategy, and manage a portfolio of executives.

Key Duties:

Promote Qnary and drive business growth.

Assist with the development of a multi-channel marketing strategy for new business acquisition.

Develop relationships with existing clients to drive account growth.

Drive and manage growth in key growth markets including India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Manage key enterprise account relationships.

Assist our lead generation team and activities to maximise new business interactions, proposals and conversions.

Conduct market research across our target audience to identify key insights in the behaviour of our customers within social media as well as opportunities for growth, new services, etc.

Day-to-day management of portfolio of executives, including WIP meetings, client renewal meetings, client reports and client meetings.

Skills:

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.

At least 2+ years experience in a similar role or in a Digital Marketing role.

Experience in the executive online reputation space highly regarded.

Advanced knowledge in social media, specifically LinkedIn and X.

Advanced knowledge in marketing strategy, lead generation and B2B marketing.

Strong communication skills - confidence dealing directly with Senior executive clients, managing conflict, and solving complex issues.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience driving lead generation and new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn ads, and referral programs.
