What You’ll Be Doing

In this exciting full-time role, you’ll be turning visions into reality by:

Constructing stunning outdoor features like retaining walls, decking, water features, paving, and tiling.

Installing hardscaping elements like pavers, stepping stones, and raised garden beds.

Planting trees, shrubs, and other vegetation to enhance our clients’ spaces.

Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and machinery.

Working closely with clients to bring their dream spaces to life.

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

We want team members who are as dedicated to excellence as we are. Ideally, you’ll have:

Proven experience as a Structural Landscaper or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of horticulture, hardscaping, and landscape design.

The ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings.

Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment.

Ability to lead a Team when required

Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
