Service Officer A03

• $49.40 per hour + Super
• Brisbane CBD
• Starting 15th September and 20th October, 2025 until June 2026
• Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 (rotating shifts)

Our client, a major Qld Government Department is seeking multiple Service Officers to be part of their call centre located in Ipswich.

About the role:

• Engaging with clients to provide a timely and supportive service to a high standard
• Executing proactive debt collection methods to support clients in meeting their obligations to commit to payment.
• Offering a high level of customer service by providing accurate and consistent information and/or education to clients.
• Effectively take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts within the guidelines.

About you:

• Previous call centre experience
• Debt Collection / Banking/ Sales experience would be highly regarded
• Excellent computer literacy
• Strong communication/negotiation skills
