They are seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager, a true commercial athlete, to own the full sales lifecycle and be the face of their respected, design-led brand. This is a strategic, hands-on role where your ability to build relationships and close major deals will directly drive occupancy and accelerate company growth across key Australian markets.

Your Mission: Drive Revenue, Build Partnerships, Win Big.

This role is for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and loves the thrill of the chase. You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From cold prospecting, networking, and events, through to rate negotiation, presentation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively build your own robust pipeline through strategic outreach and leveraging your professional network.
  • Inbound Conversion: Manage and convert inbound leads from the call centre, ensuring exceptional follow-up and conversion rates.
  • Coaching & Collaboration: Work closely with on-site building managers to ensure a seamless client experience and collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and optimise lead quality.
  • Strategic Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting and report on pipeline health, occupancy growth, and revenue performance.
