Are you a driven accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a Senior Management/Financial Accountant to join our clients team and play a key role in partnering with senior leaders and operational teams across the business.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting processes — general journals, bank reconciliations, and lease accounting.

Lead and mentor a small team of accounts staff for daily transactions.

Oversee financial operations across business units.

Prepare monthly reconciliations, P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reports with variance analysis.

Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, including depreciation and valuation adjustments.

Build and develop financial models to guide management and investment decisions.

Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations.

Support audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Enhance financial reporting through Microsoft Dynamics 365, Prophix, and Power BI.

About You

You’re a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a passion for accuracy, insight, and collaboration. You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments and enjoy partnering with business leaders to drive performance.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial accounting or management accounting role.

Proven expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel and experience with major ERP systems.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
