Rewired Therapy, established in early 2024, is a small boutique business dedicated to providing mobile physiotherapy and occupational therapy supports to NDIS participants. The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated occupational therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of NDIS participants of all ages with varying disabilities. Support will be provided within the participant's home or school environment, and you will be responsible for writing NDIS reports related to functional capacity, assistive technology prescription, supported independent living, and specialist disability accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, including both paediatric and adult populations
Conduct a range of assessments
Write detailed progress notes and NDIS reports, including functional capacity reports and applications for assistive technology and SIL/SDA
Liaise with participants' support networks and multidisciplinary teams
Travel within the community, with participants allocated within 30 minutes of your home (if the driving distance is longer than this, a cluster of participants will be provided to ensure you have a full day)
Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
NDIS Workers Screen (or willing to obtain)
Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
Own a car due to the nature of the role
Strong time management, organisation, prioritisation and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Current full working rights in Australia
