The Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised Senior Administrative Officer to provide operational and administrative support. You will manage records, support learning activities, coordinate internal workflows, and ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including records management, shared inbox triage, induction support, and SharePoint maintenance.
- Coordinate databases, ensuring accurate and accessible information in compliance with organisational standards.
- Support learning activities and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance.
- Develop and monitor office systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues, providing accurate and timely information.
About You:
- Experience in HR, L&D, or project/operational support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in document control and effective records management.
