We are looking for a Project Manager (minimum 5-8 years) to work autonomously across our business, delivering exceptional outcomes and quality across our commercial, workplace and hospitality portfolio clients.

We want a Project Manager who is not afraid to ask the tough questions, someone who can step into complexity to navigate favourable outcomes - balanced with a positive and friendly demeanour. A sense of humour, honesty and ability to build trust goes without saying.

You will have at least 5-8 years' experience working in client-side project management roles (within design, construction, quantity surveying or engineering industries). We need someone who can hit the ground running and assimilate to our projects intelligently and professionally. Whilst we offer continuous learning and development, you will need proven experience of the entire project lifecycle as you will be running projects independently. You will be responsible for overseeing program, contract administration, managing budgets, obtaining authority approvals, producing client reports, risk mitigation and safety reporting and monitoring. You will have ultimate responsibility for managing your own tasks, deadlines and deliverables, requiring a confident and clear communication style to liaise with senior client executives, head contractors and consultants to achieve deadlines. Advanced MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint knowledge is essential. InDesign experience would be preferred.

Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position. A degree or relevant diploma-level qualification is required for this role. Professional project management certification is preferred but not essential.
