We’re seeking a Senior Clinician who is passionate about client-centred practice, cultural safety, and driving positive change in the lives of others.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a dedicated team of professionals.
- Empower Clients: Deliver evidence-based interventions that build capacity, promote autonomy, and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate for Change: Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic, person-centred support plans.
- Champion Best Practice: Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and continuous professional development.
What You’ll Bring
- A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling (and relevant registration).
- Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring within a therapeutic or rehabilitation setting.
- A trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and a genuine commitment to cultural safety and inclusion.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
