Sales Officer
About the Role
AI Core CRM is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Officer to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across the disability and care sectors.
This role is about more than hitting targets—it’s about understanding customer needs, communicating value clearly, and ensuring every client has a smooth, supported experience from first contact to long-term use. You’ll manage the sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding handover, collaborating with our Customer Care & Success team to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, events, and networking.
Present product demos and proposals that align with customer needs and goals.
Manage the end-to-end sales process including follow-ups, quotes, and contract completion.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Relationship Management
Build strong, professional relationships with organisations and decision-makers.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
Customer Understanding & Feedback
Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product improvements.
Communicate customer needs and feedback to the internal team.
Reporting & Systems
Maintain accurate sales data, pipelines, and progress tracking in the CRM.
Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and sales strategy development.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in B2B sales or SaaS (CRM experience highly regarded).
Confident with lead generation, presentations, and closing deals.
Professional, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Skilled in relationship-building and clear communication.
Tech-savvy, organised, and familiar with CRM systems.
Passionate about helping care providers streamline their operations through smart technology.
Benefits
Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 AUD per year (plus commission structure).
