Operating across Australia and delivering specialised commercial fitout and new build projects, they are looking to onboard a Project Director to join their high-performing team in Canberra. This vacancy has come as a result of the company securing multiple high-value commercial projects ranging from $100K to $100M.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Project Director, you will report directly to the senior leadership team. You will work collaboratively with project and site teams to deliver projects from the design stage through to completion. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

DUTIES.

• Lead project design and service coordination
• Oversee procurement, programming, and cost management
• Administer variations, contractual obligations, and project risks
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Mentor and guide project teams to ensure successful project delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
• Proven experience as a senior project leader on commercial fitout and new build projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued between $100K - $50M
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Career stability and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
