Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure strong financial control frameworks and compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage and improve revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and cash flow reporting.
• Drive process improvement, system optimisation, and automation within the finance function.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate external audit requirements and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA qualifications
• Proven experience managing financial operations in a large, service-based environment
• Strong background in revenue management, financial control, and process optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel and system knowledge
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex information with clarity.
