Are you a Registered Psychologist with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people and driving growth? ORS Group is seeking a General Manager – Psychological Services to lead our national psychology division through its next phase of expansion and excellence.

You will be joining an organisation with a rich 30+ year history of delivering Psychological Services in the community. ORS employs a mix of Provisional Psychologists, Generally Registered Psychologists & Endorsed Psychologists across our 23 office locations in NSW, ACT, WA & VIC. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, whom is also a practicing Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience.
About the Role
As the General Manager – Psychological Services, your duties will include:
- Overseeing a national team of over 120 Psychologists across multiple service streams (NDIS, Medicare, EAP, SIRA, private assessment, and corporate).
- Direct management of seven staff members including State Managers, Quality Managers & a Learning & Development Manager
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and clinical supervision to our psychologists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Driving business growth and innovation, identifying new opportunities to expand services and improve performance.
- Partnering with other senior leaders across ORS to align business strategy, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and clinical governance standards, supporting evidence-based practice across the division.
About You
You are a strategic, motivated, and compassionate leader who thrives on inspiring others to reach their potential. You will bring:
- Full AHPRA registration, Clinical Psychologist desirable
- Board Approved Supervisor status or willing to gain
- Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing clinical or multidisciplinary team (NDIS setting preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve operational performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing people
