The Role:

Responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of integration, data migration, and testing activities across the project ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technical standards. The role involves designing and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive test strategy to maintain module quality, data integrity, and timely delivery throughout all project phases. Acting as the principal liaison with vendor technology leads, the position fosters collaboration across internal and external teams to ensure cohesive technical delivery.

Key Responsibility

• Lead integration and migration activities across our transformation program.
• Research, evaluate, and apply industry best practices to optimise integration architecture and data migration strategies, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Develop and implement a test strategy, establish clear goals and structures, then collaborate with product owners to execute testing across all modules and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with organisational cybersecurity policies and alignment with Australian Cyber Security Centres Essential 8 mitigation strategies
• Proactively identify potential technology constraints, lead cross-functional problem-solving sessions, and drive resolution through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure a standardised approach to data migration, from mapping through validation
• Establish and govern standardised workflows across modules to enable repeatable, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement

Skill & Competencies:

• A degree (AQF level 7) in a relevant discipline or significant and considerable experience relevant to the role.
• Strong understanding of on-prem and software-as-a-service solutions
• High level understanding of application integration, specifically between on-prem and software-as-a-service solutions.
• A solid understanding of change management principles.
• High level problem solving and root cause identification.
