Task and Responsibilities:
· Preparation of Tax Returns for all entities including companies, trusts, partnerships, superannuation funds, and individuals.
· Preparation of Financial Accounts, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements, for all entities as above mentioned.
· Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements on the monthly, quarterly, or annually basis.
· Assisting clients with their financial matters by use of fax, email, telephone, and all other equipment that the employer may provide.
· Processing of client's data and reconciliation of various accounts; advising clients for required adjustments; ensuring the financial reports are prepared in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
· Assisting the principal and other staff members in working as a team on various projects.
· Visiting client's premises when required.
· Take instructions from senior accountants when required.
· Liaising with ATO, ASIC and other government bodies regarding various tax matters for clients as required, including but not limited to business registration, client updates on ATO portal, ASIC update and renewal, tax planning, and other advice on business structures and operations.
· Qualifications and Experience requirements:
o Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent
o 1 years experience in accounting, tax, or equivalent positions.
o Experience in various accounting softwares including Handisoft, Xero, MYOB.
o Experience in customer service is preferable.

o The ability to interact with clients in attaining a desired result.
o Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with other team members.
o Excellent in time management skills in accomplishing required duties.
o Demonstration of ability to keep updating knowledge about government rulings and regulations in relation to accounting, tax and related matters.
o Compliance with the company’s rules and regulations, demonstration of ability to maintain strong commitment in meeting performance expectation, maintain good relationship with client and other team members of the company.
