Our Opportunity
Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable youth? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation, as our Youth Services Case Manager. This role sits within our Youth Services Team, providing case management to young people in residential care and those supported by Targeted Care Packages (TCPs). You'll work directly with young people, families, carers, and professionals to facilitate positive outcomes and long-term care planning.
About You
We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individual with experience working with vulnerable youth and case management expertise. The ideal candidate thrives both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Skills & Attributes
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare Studies, Family Therapy or related discipline
- Experience in case management and working with vulnerable youth
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult conversations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
